The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the land in S.No.126/3B situate at Thirumangalam Village, Lalgudi Taluk, Trichy District by considering the challan paid by the Petitioner on 29.1.2025 2.Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The Petitioner claims right over the subject property in S.No.120/6B under registered settlement deed, dated 24.09.2024. Subsequently, patta for the subject property was also issued in the name of Petitioner in Patta No.2273. The Petitioner said to have filed an application on 29.01.2025 seeking survey of the property. The same has not been considered till date. Hence the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.

4.Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the Petitioner has not produced any acknowledgment for filing online application. Hence the request of the Petitioner has not been 2/5

considered.

5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Petitioner is directed to produce the acknowledgment for having submitted an online application before the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of his order. On production of acknowledgment, the first respondent is directed to consider the online application of the Petitioner and pass orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
