Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks extension of fishery lease for one more year.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate produced a copy of the communication dated 07.07.2022 addressed to the writ petitioner whereby the request for extension that has been negatived.
