PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to execute the sale deed in respect of the house allotted to the petitioner bearing No.M 71 Phase, I Stage III at V.M.Chatram Village, Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District without insisting / demanding any excess amount For Petitioners : Mr. R.Senthil Kumar For Respondents : Mr. Mahaboob Athiff

ORDER

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner is now ready to pay any additional amount that may be demanded by the Respondents for execution of the sale deed in her favour and as such he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that in the event of Respondents do not execute the required sale deed in favour of the Petitioner, after receiving the entire amount due as demanded, it is open to the Petitioner to workout her remedy for necessary relief before proper forum in the manner recognized by law.
