The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent Police is harassing him under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that based on the complaint of the third respondent, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 25.06.2025, since it is money dispute.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this criminal original petition is closed.
