ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the complaint given by the 3rd respondent herein. 2.It is a matrimonial dispute between the 1st petitioner and the 3rd respondent herein. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that because of the complaint given by the 3rd respondent herein, the petitioners have been unnecessarily called and without following proper procedure demanding them to accept the demand of the 3rd respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based upon the complaint given by the 3rd respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken in CP.No.247 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, both parties appeared and gave a statement to the effect that they will not make any quarrel with each other. 4.When there was compromise reached between the husband and wife during the course of investigation before the Enquiry Officer, nothing survives for further consideration or direction, since the matter has now become infructuous.
