ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.A.K.Manikkam, Special Government Pleader, for the Respondents 1,2 and 4 and neither the counsel for petitioner nor the respondent 3 are appeared, this Court made the following order:

This writ petition was closed on 18.11.2021 and is being periodically listed thereafter for compliance, on 08.12.2021 and 22.12.2021.

2.Today, neither the counsel for petitioner nor the counsel for Insurance Company are present. I see no reason to burden the docket of this Court with this matter any longer.
