O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to conduct the proper enquiry and investigate the same in accordance with law against the fifth respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.08.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), appearing for the respondent police.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that, previously the petitioner has preferred two complaints and the same were closed for the reason that the 5th respondent being tenant has filed a suit in O.S.No.5 of 2020 for not to disturb for eviction, before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Madurai. He further 2/5

submitted that, now the petitioner gave another representation, dated 16.08.2022. The statement is recorded.

4. Recording the same, the 3rd respondent/Inspector of police is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.08.2022 on merits and dispose the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No cost.
