year 10.08.2004 at 13, Fisher Road Kamarajar Salai, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District, by taking into account of the 2nd respondent's proceedings in Pa.Mu.No.675/2025/A3 dated 20.03.2025 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd and 5th respondents to issue the death certificate of Muthumurugan, who died in the year 10.08.2004 at 13, Fisher Road Kamarajar Salai, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District, by taking into account of the 2nd respondent's proceedings dated 20.03.2025 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2.The 3rd respondent has sent a communication, dated 10.06.2025 to the Revenue Divisional Officer stating that the place of death differs. Therefore, they cannot issue the certificate.

3.The petitioner ought to challenge the said communication. Therefore, the present writ petition cannot be entertained. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the 2/4
