2. The case is of the year 2014 and is pending for the past seven years. Though the case was placed before me on 26.07.2021, 12.08.2021, 01.09.2021 and on 23.09.2021, jthere was no representation on the side of the appellant. Hence, the matter is posted on 25.10.2021, under the caption "for arguments or for orders". Even today (i.e.25.10.2021), there was no representation on behalf of the appellant.

3. In the above circumstances, there is no use in keeping the Appeal pending any further. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
