This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to register the complaint based on the representation dated 03.07.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the vehicle belonging to the petitioner had been hypothecated to Bajaj Finance. Since the petitioner had not been paying the EMIs regularly, the vehicle was seized by the finance company.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy, if so advised, before the competent forum.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
