2. However, when the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit this Court may grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the labour Court for appropriate remedy.

3. In view of the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the labour Court for appropriate remedy. No Costs.
