ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to quash the order passed by the respondent in Ref.Tha.A.Po.Ka/Kumba/Trichy/D4/7335/2017 dated 23.11.2017.

2. However, when the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit this Court may grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the labour Court for appropriate remedy.

3. In view of the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the labour Court for appropriate remedy. No Costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
