COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.E2/2563/2022, dated 10.05.2023 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for admission, Mr.G.Mohan Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that M.Pari, Deputy Regional Manager of the Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation and Mr.R.Mani Maran, Superintendent, Pudukkottai Region are present and they are inclined to withdraw the impugned proceedings, dated 12.05.2022 subject to 2/5

the condition that they are inclined to take action as against the petitioners on the basis of the outcome of the disciplinary proceeding, which has been initiated as against the petitioners. 3.With the above observation, these Writ Petitions stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
