This petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.193 of 2014 against the present petitioner.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that investigation in Crime No.193 of 2014 is already concluded and referred charge sheet is also made ready and sought four weeks time to file a closure report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate. 3.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to file the said report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.
