petitioner's representation dated 14.02.2018 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a mandamus directing the second respondent herein to issue a joint patta in favour of the petitioner and his mother Bangajam in respect of the properties in Survey Nos.263/2A1 and 263/2A3 and issue patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the Survey No.240/4 situated at Govindanagaram, Theni Taluk, Theni District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 14.02.2018.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that a joint patta was issued in the name of the petitioner and others. He has also furnished the copy of the same.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner disputed the same and submitted that the patta was issued including the name of one Meera, vendor of the petitioner. The said Meera is not having any right over the properties in question. However, in the patta, her name was wrongly included.

4.In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the respondents with all relevant documents within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from thereon. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
