Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks renewal of passport.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was submitted that one of the cases registered against the writ petitioner had culminated into P.R.C.No.128 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram. The petitioner can very well move the learned trial Magistrate. As and when the petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the relief now sought for, the same shall be decided by the trial Court on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With this liberty to the writ petitioner and direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
