This petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.90 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Musiri, Trichy District 2.When the petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that on conclusion of trial, the petitioners were acquitted of all the charges on 27.03.2023.
