P RAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings in Na.Ka.11481/Ti.Va.2/2022 dated 18.08.2022 issued by the first respondent and quash the same as arbitrary, illegal and against the Principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the first respondent to allow the petitioner to run the already existing canteen in the premises of Tirunelveli Government Medical College Hospital, Ward NO.20 in the name of the petitioner during the agreed lease period till 03.02.2024.
