The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2, on instructions, would submit that the representation lodged by the petitioner with the third respondent was registered as CSR. No.190/2020 and the same is pending for enquiry. 3.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court directs the second respondent to complete the enquiry and dispose of the complaint in CSR.No.190 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
