ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that his complaints dated 26.07.2024 and 20.08.2024 have not been enquired by the respondent Police, has filed this writ petition.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that they have not received any complaint from the petitioner and the petitioner has not enclosed any proof or acknowledgment for submitting the said complaints.

3. Considering the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to lodge a fresh complaint through on-line or by 2/4

registered post to the respondent Police. On receipt of the same, the respondent Police shall enquire into the same and if any cognizable offenee is made out, shall take appropriate action in accordance with law. No costs. 11.07.2025 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
