This writ petition has been filed to quash the the impugned order dated 25.01.2018 on the file of the respondent and consequently direct 1/3

the respondent to provide Agricultural Loan to a tune of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) to the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the sole petitioner died.

3. Since the petitioner is died, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
