ORDER
The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent Police and also approached this Court with a grievance that his complaint has not been dealt with by the respondent Police properly.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the complaint of the petitioner was treated as petition enquiry in CSR No.221 of 2025 and they have closed the same on 14.06.2025. The closure report in CSR No.221 of 2025 is also placed before this Court.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, by referring to the summon issued by the respondent Police dated 25.06.2025 submits that in the event, if the complaint of the petitioner has already been closed on 14.06.2025 in CSR No.221 of 2025, there is no necessity for issuing the summon dated 25.06.2025.

4. In reply, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has also lodged a complaint before the Chief Minister's Cell and the same was forwarded to the respondent Police and therefore, the summon dated 25.06.2025 has been issued to the petitioner. However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the complaint of the petitioner lodged before the respondent Police has already been enquired by the respondent Police in CSR No.221 of 2025 and the same has been closed on 14.06.2025.
5. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
