Though the case was placed before me on 26.07.2021, 12.08.2021, 01.09.2021 and on 23.09.2021, there was no representation on the side of the appellant. Hence, the matter is posted on 25.10.2021, under the caption "for arguments or for orders". Even today (i.e.25.10.2021), there was no representation on behalf of the appellant.
