ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorari to quash the impugned order issued by the first respondent in MAO/Tirunelveli/18 dated 09.01.2018 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. It is submitted that the issue involved in this Writ Petition has already been seized up by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to proceed further subject to the outcome of the petition pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India with regard to the issue of customer transfer from one dealer to another dealer.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 08.11.2024 Index : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No CM 2/4
