The learned counsel for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the second respondent are ready for argument. The learned counsel for the appellant is not ready for arguments.

2. The case is of the year 2014 and is pending for the past seven years. Though the case was placed before me on 27.07.2021, 13.08.2021, 02.09.2021 and on 24.09.2021, the learned counsel for the appellant was not ready for argument. Hence, the matter is posted on 26.10.2021, under the caption "for arguments or for orders". Even today (i.e.26.10.2021), though the learned counsel for the appellant is present, he is not ready to argue the case.

3. In the above circumstances, there is no use in keeping the Appeal pending any further. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
