Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings bearing No.Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.1547/2017/Aa1 dated 23.02.2018 and quash the same on the ground that the same is arbitrary, illegal and without any legal basis and consequently directing the respondents No.1 and 2 to approve the petitioner's Hereditary Trusteeship of the Temple namely Arulmighu Kaliyamman Temple situated at Aundipatti Town and Taluk, Theni District.

2. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
