Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2,3 and 5 to 7 not to shift the high voltage power transmission of Electricity from the present transmission-route through the 28th, 29th and 30th main streets in Shanthi Nagar, Palayamkottai from Thoothukudi to Kayathar through the petitioner's 30th cross street by considering the petitioner's written representation dated 21/02/2018 or otherwise also and consequently direct the respondents 2,3,and 5 to 7 to drop the proposed shifting of transmission of electricity from the present 28th, 29th and 30th street in Shanthi Nagar, Palayamkottai through the petitioner's 30th cross street near the Mosque therein within a time to be fixed by this Court.
