ORDER

This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 23.09.2020.

2. Heard Mr.R.Anand, the Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, Mr.S.Deenadhayalan, the Learned Standing Counsel appearing for R-1 & R-2, Mr.S.Malaikani, the Learned Counsel appearing for R-3 & R-4 and perused the material documents available on record.

3. The contention of the petitioner is that he is owner of the land and he is having documents. But, the respondents 3 & 4 have obtained electricity Service connection by showing false documents. 2/4

4. This Court without expressing any opinion, directing the respondents to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 & 4 and thereafter, grant personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 & 4 and conduct enquiry and pass orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

5. With these directions, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
