The Decree in the said C.M.A is ready for dispatch. However, since the Additional Court Fee equivalent to the enhanced compensation amount has not been paid, the Decree could not be dispatched till date.

Therefore, you are hereby required to pay the Additional Court Fee of Rs.752/- forthwith, failing which the matter will be placed before the Hon'ble Court for further orders.
