2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner in both Civil Revision Petitions is the husband and the respondent is the wife. The marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was solemnized on 20.01.2016. Thereafter, due to some misunderstanding, they are living separately. The petitioner/husband filed an application in H.M.O.P.No.49 of 2020, before the Subordinate Court, Thuraiyur, seeking for the relief of divorce, on the ground of adultry. The wife filed H.M.O.P.No.49 of 2020 before the same Court for Restitution of conjugal rights. According to the petitioner, pleadings have been completed and the trial also commenced. Since the matter is pending from the year 2020, the petitioner is before this Court with these Civil Revision Petitions, seeking early disposal of both the applications.
3.This Court considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the materials placed on record.

4.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in these Civil Revision Petitions and also taking into consideration that trial has already been commenced, this Court is inclined to dispose of these Civil Revision Petitions, with a direction to the Subordinate Judge, Thuraiyur, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.49 of 2020 & H.M.O.P.No.81 of 2020, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
