[Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.] This matter has been listed today, under the caption 'for being mentioned', at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the order dated 16.12.2025, the father name of the petitioner has been wrongly mentioned as Thirumugan instead of Thirumurugan in the cause title and prayed to rectify the same, since the above mistake is a typographical error.

3. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to issue fresh

order copy after incorporating the following changes in the cause title of the order dated 16.12.2025 :

"Karuppasamy @ Ajith S/o.Thirumurugan ......."

4. The Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy to the parties.
