O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.02.2018.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and his neighbours. Now the local Jamathars are pressurizing the petitioner to enter into a settlement. In the above circumstances, the petitioner has filed a petition before the second respondent Police. That was not considered by the respondent Police. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2 W.P.(MD)No.5451 of 2018 enquired into and closed by the second respondent Police, since it is a civil dispute between the parties.

4.Considering the fact that already the petitioner's complaint has been enquired into and closed by the second respondent Police, no further order is required to be passed in this Writ Petition and the same stands closed accordingly.
