PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to disburse the outstanding amount of Rs.53,37,500/- to the petitioner, based on the supply order issued by the third respondent in his proceedings H2/6295/2020, dated 11.05.2020 and based on the time extension order issued by the third respondent in his proceedings H2/6295/2020, dated 28.12.2020 for the month of July 2020 to February 2021 by considering the petitioner's representations, dated 09.06.2025 and 18.06.2025 with interest at the rate of 12% per annum. ORDER

This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 and learned Standing Counsel for the third respondent.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the third respondent submits that the petitioner's representations dated 09.06.2025 and 18.06.2025 will be considered 2/5

and disposed of on merits within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The above submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the third respondent stands recorded.

3. Consequently, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 09.06.2025 and 18.06.2025 within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The petitioner shall, however, furnish the required documents to substantiate the claim.
