This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action with regard to the petitioner's complaint, dated 16.05.2022 by following the due process of law, within stipulated time may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), appearing for the respondents.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's complaint, dated 16.05.2022 is pending on the file of the 2nd respondent/ Inspector of Police. The statement is recorded.

4. Recording the same, the 2nd respondent/Inspector of Police is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 16.05.2022 and take appropriate action on merits and in accordance with 2/5

law, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No Cost.
