This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to take appropriate steps based on the petitioner's representation dated 01.08.2022 and 11.08.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), appearing for the respondent police.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the Town Panchayat has removed some Karuvela trees based on the resolution passed by the Panchayat and the trees also stands in the land belongs to Panchayat and hence, the complaint was closed. The statement is recorded.
