ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2024.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that peace committee meeting was conducted at Kulathur Taluk headed by the Tahsildhar, Kulathur with the officials from the Police, Revenue and HR&CE, Neiveli and nearby villagers on 07.08.2024 and in that meeting, they have unanimously decided to give permission for conducting ear boring, head shaving and goat sacrifice festival in Sri Aathiyan temple at Neiveli Village on 13.08.2024 and that the permission sought for by the writ petitioner may be granted. 2/4

4. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2024 and pass orders in accordance with the decision taken in the meeting.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
