2. Mr.I.G.Ivyn, learned counsel for M/s.Isaac Chambers, who accepts notice for sole respondent expresses no objection to the condonation of delay of 44 days in filing the Writ Appeal.

3. Hence, and also for the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 44 days in filing the Writ Appeal is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 31.10.2025.
