ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents police to not to harass the petitioner in any manner in the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner is the third accused in a case registered in Crime No. 13 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 418, 465, 467, 468, 471 of IPC and the investigation is still pending. Further the police suspecting that the petitioner being a driver hiding the main accused and when the police attempted to serve summons he avoided.
