This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking for a direction to provide adequate police protection to him based on the petitioner's complaint dated 15.12.2020. 2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and would submit that the complaint lodged by the petitioner with Inspector of Police, Thideer Nagar Police Station was closed on 31.12.2020 in Current Petition No.R3/52927/3597/2020, based on the representation given by him.

3.This fact was not disputed by the petitioner's counsel. 4.Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
