This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Since they are unable to arrange the sureties, they cannot execute the same, with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.10548 of 2023 dated 15.06.2023.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 15.06.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10548 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, finally. sd/- 27/07/2023 / TRUE COPY / /08/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
