No.ADJ 72/2022 dated 26.07.2022 based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.08.2022 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court. 3. The petitioner is aggrieved by the registration of the petition mentioned document. According to him, they have been fraudulently registered. The petitioner had moved the second respondent in this regard on 22.08.2022.
4. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The second respondent shall put all the interested parties on notice before passing final order. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other.
