This petition is filed to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2096 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.218 of 2025 dated 17.04.2025.

ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2096 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.218 of 2025 dated 17.04.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly, without any default. The condition imposed on the co-accused has already been relaxed by this Court.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and also taking into consideration of the fact that the condition imposed on the co-accused has already been relaxed, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioner can be modified to a certain extent.

4. Accordingly, the condition already imposed is modified and the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent Police twice in a month (i.e., 2/4

on the 1st and 15th of every English Calender month) at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
