This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2017 on merits and in accordance with law. 2.Without adverting to the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation expressing his grievances to the 1st respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the 1st respondent shall take appropriate action, if any required, within a period of four weeks thereafter.

3.With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
