2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Ramesh Babu, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, it was found that a civil suit is pending between the parties before the concerned civil Court, it was closed on 03.09.2022, advising the parties to workout their remedy in the pending civil suit itself and the above said closure report also circulated to the parties.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this matter has become infructuous. Hence, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
