2. The case is of the year 2014 and is pending for the past seven years. Though the case was placed before me on 26.07.2021, 12.08.2021, 01.09.2021 and on 23.09.2021, the learned counsel for the appellant was not ready for argument. Hence, the matter is posted on 25.10.2021, under the caption "for arguments or for orders".
