This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2020 and dispose of the same.

2. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a representation dated 23.11.2020, to the first respondent / The District Collector, Rural Development, Sivagangai District and requesting him to revise the seniority list and to pay the consequential monetary benefits thereto. 4. Mr.M.Jeyakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and submitted that the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.11.2020, will be considered within a period of eight weeks time.

5. Considering the above said submissions, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.11.2020, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
