ORDER

Mrs.V.P.M.Vaishnavi Devi, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents.

After some arguments, learned counsel for writ petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition, but made a fervent plea to preserve the rights of writ petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action, if documents in addition what have now been placed in the case file.

W.P.(MD)No.19421 of 2019 file, which reads as follows:

"I withdraw this writ petition on behalf of petitioner."

4. Endorsement is reiterated.

5. Permitted to withdraw preserving the rights of the writ petitioner in the aforesaid manner.

6. In the light of the endorsement and reiteration of the same, instant Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn albeit preserving the rights of the writ petitioner in the aforesaid manner. No costs.
