This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and not to interfere in civil dispute based on his representation dated 20.08.2022.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the third respondent gave complaint against the petitioner and on enquiry they found it as civil in nature, hence closed the complaint and as of now no complaint is pending against the petitioner.
