Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to take appropriate action against the third and fourth respondents on the basis of the representation dated 05.03.2018 preferred by the petitioner to take appropriate action against the third and fourth respondents.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to take appropriate action against the respondents 3 and 4 based on a representation given by the petitioner.

2.According to the petitioner, he gave a complaint to the first respondent on 05.03.2018. But that was not considered by the second respondent Police. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that so far the respondent Police have not received any complaint from the petitioner. 4.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted at this stage.

5.The Writ Petition stands dismissed accordingly. No costs.
