Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court as ordered by this Court on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of the concerned District Mineral Foundation Trust, without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the trial Court.
